To solve this issue, Global Workforce Development (GWD) was established to become the world's premier engine for sourcing, training, certifying, and deploying healthcare professionals. Oliver began his career in the NHS as an operational manager and has accumulated over 14 years’ experience supporting the NHS with Clinical Workforce Development.
Oliver combines a deep understanding of the unmet needs of the NHS, along with the unique value differentiators needed to develop successful workforce programmes for those he works with. Oliver’s role is focused on leading AEUK’s Strategy, Operations and Service Delivery with a specific goal of AEUK becoming the preferred partner for both public & private healthcare organisations in the UK & Ireland.
Dr. Aswin Sayiram

Business Development & Operations
Dr. Aswin Sayiram SJ is responsible for managing on-ground operations, driving marketing and sales efforts, and forging strategic partnerships and alliances, both within the UK and internationally.
With over a decade of experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and education sectors, Dr. Aswin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in strategy formulation and business operations. His most recent position was Chief Strategy Officer at the SRM Group in Chennai. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Shri Satya Sai Medical College and worked briefly as a Consultant Anaesthesiologist at MIOT Hospitals, both located in Chennai. Dr. Aswin obtained his MBBS and MD degrees from Sri Ramachandra University in Chennai and also holds an Executive MBA from Madras University.

Charlie brings 15 years of extensive experience in the UK healthcare recruitment sector. His career includes significant roles within NHS recruitment services and at two other recruitment companies in the UK. Albert Joseph

Albert is a Chartered Member of CIPD (MA, MBA, MCIPD, Chartered Australian Human Resource Institute) and brings over 3 decades of strategic leadership experience in a variety of management responsibilities. He is well-versed in the areas of UK employment law, large-scale international recruitment, operations, planning and budgeting in local government and NHS.
In his previous and ongoing engagements, he has managed numerous industrial disputes, disciplinary/grievance procedures and tribunals aside from leading multiple projects in international recruitment, TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment Rights) and organisational change partnering with Local government councils, NHSE, HEE and NHS trusts. He also serves as an adviser to NHS trusts in the northwest UK region.

He played a key role in setting up Medvarsity Online, Asia’ s largest healthcare ed-tech company with over 200,000 medical professionals trained and certified.
