If you are ready to do on-calls and night shifts, you can work overtime at hospitals with 30%- 40% additional pay on top of your basic pay,

The trust will refund your round-trip airfare.
Settle Down

You can bring your spouse and children as they can accompany you as dependents. Although Apollo will assist you in arranging the visa, flight, and accommodations for your family, you will be responsible for covering the expenses.
Permanent Residence in the UK
You can apply after five years for permanent residency or 'Leave to Remain'.
