Oliver Jansen

Oliver has over 14 years of post-qualification professional experience gained from working in varied roles in the NHS, of which the recent 4 years have been in the NHS Permanent International Recruitment space.
Oliver combines a deep understanding of the unmet needs of the NHS, along with the unique value differentiators that suppliers need to provide to create compelling propositions for both sides.
Oliver is responsible for driving forward AEUKs aspirations for the ‘Workforce Solutions’ business in the UK & Ireland. His role is focused on leading the Commercial & Business Development Strategy, Operations and Delivery with a specific goal of getting AEUK to become the preferred supplier partner for both public & private healthcare providers in the UK & Ireland markets.

Dr. Aswin Sayiram

Dr. Aswin Sayiram SJ is responsible for managing on-ground operations, driving marketing and sales efforts, and forging strategic partnerships and alliances, both within the UK and internationally.

With over a decade of experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and education sectors, Dr. Aswin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in strategy formulation and business operations. His most recent position was Chief Strategy Officer at the SRM Group in Chennai. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Shri Satya Sai Medical College and worked briefly as a Consultant Anaesthesiologist at MIOT Hospitals, both located in Chennai. Dr. Aswin obtained his MBBS and MD degrees from Sri Ramachandra University in Chennai and also holds an Executive MBA from Madras University.

MR. SHOBHIT BAJPAI

Shobhit comes with a rich experience in healthcare products and business development. He has expertise in online and offline marketing along with integrating and unifying brick and mortar with online and digital services for various organisations. Shobhit has proven experience in operations and marketing across diverse sectors like retail, healthcare, FMCG, lifestyle, real estate etc. He possesses a proven track record in devising product and communication strategy and sales channels for effective customer reach for prestigious clients like Tag Heuer, Benetton, Rolls Royce, Vodafone, Cadbury, Unilever and Indian Premier League to name a few.

ALBERT JOSEPH

Albert is a Chartered Member of CIPD (MA, MBA, MCIPD, Chartered Australian Human Resource Institute) and brings over 3 decades of strategic leadership experience in a variety of management responsibilities. He is well-versed in the areas of UK employment law, large-scale international recruitment, operations, planning and budgeting in local government and NHS. In his previous and ongoing engagements, he has managed numerous industrial disputes, disciplinary/grievance procedures and tribunals aside from leading multiple projects in international recruitment, TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment Rights) and organisational change partnering with Local government councils, NHSE, HEE and NHS trusts. He also serves as an adviser to NHS trusts in the northwest UK region.
